volunteer on the project
General volunteer positions have been temporarily suspended.

Along with nightly beach patrols volunteers will also participate in our schools education and outreach programs during the daytime. If this all sounds like hard work don’t be put off, things in Ghana move at a relaxed pace and you will have plenty of time off to explore the local area, visit a stilt village on a lake, a tropical rainforest reserve, a bustling Ghanian market or just sit back and get stuck into that book you’ve been promising yourself you’d read!

Volunteers are asked to commit to the project site for a minimum of 4 weeks, however if spaces are available we can also accommodate volunteers for shorter periods. Food, water and accommodation are provided for the duration of your stay. The cost for a 4 week period is €500 or the dollar or sterling equivalent. A deposit will secure your place on the project and final payment does not need to be made until you are actually on the project. the exact dates along with a comprehensive volunteer information pack, FAQ section and application form are available to download below in PDF format.

If you are interested in volunteering for a specific aspect of the project with us please email wildseasconservation@gmail.com for more information.
